Management Development These projects include all chapter fundraisers and communication, such as participation in: Maryland Seafood Festival Hanging of the Greens Grand Illumination Awards and Installation Financial Management Chapter Management Chapter Acivities Public Relations

Community Development These projects include community service and government involvement, such as participation in: Anne Arundel Special Olympics Lighthouse Shelter School Board Nominating Committee Bark-N-Bash USO Packages for the Troops

Individual Development These projects include life improvement seminars and activities, such as: Home Buying Seminar White-Water Rafting Self-Defense Budgeting and Investment Seminar

Membership Development These projects include networking opportunities and social activities, such as: Monthly Happy Hours Professional sporting events Kickball Team Business Networking Participation in the Annapolis and Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce

State Involvement Four times each year chapters from around the state get together to talk about their local chapters and socialize. In addition, visits to other chapters to help with their projects are organized. State projects include: Competitions in public speaking, writing, interviewing, and debate Towson Jaycees Beer Garden Waldorf Jaycees Casino Night Gaithersburg/Germantown Jaycees After-Prom Party Frederick Jaycees Haunted Hayride Salisbury Jaycees 4 th of July Fireworks
